CONCRETE BLOCK MACHINE WS1A
Concrete block machine WS1A is designed for fully automated production of two-layer concrete pavers and other concrete products. It stands out for its high efficiency, allowing the production of approximately 240 square meters of two-layer 6 cm pavers per hour. Our machine has been specially designed to achieve maximum efficiency and precision in the production. Adapted to work with a production pallet measuring 1400 mm x 1120 mm, it enables production of concrete products from 4 cm to 50 cm high. Additionally, our block machine is equipped with an advanced control system, which allows for easy programming and monitoring of the production process. As a result, the operator has full control over the production parameters and can adjust them to meet specific requirements and preferences.

Innovative solutions
To ensure production of the highest quality concrete products, following technical solutions among other things are implemented:
- Colormix system for base mix concrete, enabling the production of multi-colored palisades or fence blocks.
- Colormix system for face mix concrete, enabling the production of multi-colored paving stones.
Precise height control system for the product, particularly useful in production of tall split concrete products. - Base mix feed drawer with movable agitator driven by hydraulic motor and slider crank mechanism. This solution ensures precise filling of all molds cavities especially molds with narrow cavities. In result repeatability and uniformity of concrete products is achieved.
- Face mix feed drawer equipped with lifted partition plate and the roller. This solution helps to reduce consumption of energy, raw materials and production waste. The roller smooths out the concrete in the mold and pneumatically lifted partition plate eliminates mechanical damage of the product’s surface. In result an impeccable surface quality of concrete products is achieved.
