We have almost 15 years of experience in the manufacturing of brand new molds as well as repairing molds which have already been used. Thanks to properly developed and proven manufacturing technology and the use of top quality steel, our molds obtain excellent strength parameters, what in turn extends its wear life. Molds are designed using a 3D engineering software. Our manufacturing technology is based on the most modern production processes, including machining using CNC centers as well as heat and thermo-chemical treatment.
We specialize in challenging molds for tall products with very complex shapes such as: hollow blocks, solid blocks, retaining walls, wall split face blocks, palisades, curved curbstones, curved edgers, angled curbstones and decorative edgers. Obviously, we manufacture molds for all kinds of paving stones, permeable pavers and slabs as well. We can make molds with textured surfaces and molds with heated tamper head shoes. We are able to make molds for all concrete block machines available on the market. We repair not only our molds but also molds made by competitive companies.
